Contact support

If Troubleshooting and the FAQ didn't solve it, our team is one click away. KaraokeClip has a dedicated help desk at support.karaokeclip.video, and it's designed to be effortless: you reach it without logging in again, in your language, and — when you come from the app — with your project details already attached so you don't have to re-explain anything.

Reaching support

There are three ways in:

  • From the app — the 💬 Contact support button in the header (and the Contact support link inside error messages). It opens support in a new tab, so your work in progress is never lost, signs you in automatically, and pre-fills your project context. It works even if you've run out of credits — handy precisely when an error is blocking you.
  • From the main site — the support link in the menu, once you're signed in.
  • Directly on the help desk — sign in at support.karaokeclip.video if you arrive without a session.

No second login

Your main-site account is all you need. The first time you open support, an account is created for you automatically — you never fill in a sign-up form, and there's no separate support password to remember or manage. From then on, you're signed in instantly whenever you open the help desk.

How the automatic sign-in works (for the curious)

When you open support, your app (or the main site) hands the help desk a single-use token that's valid only briefly and is verified server-to-server before you're let in. Your identity always comes from your existing session, never from anything in the address bar — so it can't be spoofed. If you don't yet have a help-desk account, one is created on the spot from your main-site identity. No password is ever exchanged between the sites.

In your language

The help desk currently speaks 9 languagesEnglish, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Russian and German. If the language you're using in the app is one of them, support opens in that language; otherwise it opens in English. More languages are being added over time.

Opening a ticket

When you open a ticket from the app, your project context is attached automatically — which screen you were on, your project reference, the action you were doing, and your language. You don't have to gather or retype any of it: just describe your problem in your own words and send.

The help-desk 'Create a ticket' form: a subject field, a message field, a priority selector and a submit button, shown in the user's language.

Once you've sent it, your ticket appears in your support portal, where you can follow the conversation and reply:

The support customer portal: the list of the user's tickets with their status, and a button to open a new ticket.

Email notifications

You're kept in the loop by email — when your ticket is created, when an agent replies, and when it's closed — each one in your language and styled like KaraokeClip's other emails. If one doesn't arrive, check your spam / junk folder.

A support notification email in the KaraokeClip visual style (dark card, blue accent, logo): 'New reply to your ticket', with a button to view the ticket.

The header buttons

Two buttons live in the app header, next to the language selector:

  • 📖 Documentation — opens this documentation in your current language (the same 33 languages as the app).
  • 💬 Contact support — opens the help desk, as described above.

They're always within reach, on every screen of the generator.

Good to know — a few more details
  • Opening support from the app never costs credits. Reaching it from the main site or via the manual sign-in follows your normal account access.
  • Your ticket's language is remembered from the portal, and it's what your notification emails are written in (falling back to English if a language isn't available yet).
  • Agents see your context — the screen, project reference, action and language are attached to the ticket for the team, so they can help faster.
  • Two separate 24-hour timers still apply to your project session (see Session & access); they're unrelated to the help desk, which uses your main-site account.
